The Detroit Lions returned to the practice field on Wednesday ahead of Saturday’s playoff match against the Washington Commanders.
The Lions held a walkthrough on Tuesday; therefore, the injury report was estimated.
However, on Wednesday, the Lions took to the indoor field for a full practice.
The key headlines were that Cornerback Terrion Arnold and Running Back David Montgomery were full participants.
On Tuesday, Montgomery confirmed he would not be on a pitch count on Saturday night. The former Chicago Bear looked in full flow at practice.
As did Arnold. The rookie suffered a foot contusion injury in Week 18. But like Montgomery, the Alabama alum looked fully fit.

Detroit’s non-participants were Taylor Decker, Kevin Zeitler, Ennis Rakestraw, and Pat O’Connor.
Decker’s absence was not injury-related. Zeitler worked individually with trainers on the sidelines. The Lions may decide Zeitler’s game day status on game day.
Washington Injury News
The Commanders’ injury report is lengthier. Dante Fowler, Zach Ertz, Jamison Crowder, Clelin Ferrell, Jordan Magee and Bobby Wagner did not practice.
While Washington gave several players rest days, veteran Wagner was not on veteran rest. The former Seattle Seahawk has missed two consecutive sessions with an ankle injury.
Kicker Zane Gonzalez, Daron Payne, and Ben Sinnott were all limited participants at Washington’s Wednesday practice.
During Washington’s wildcard matchup at Tampa Bay, Payne suffered a gruesome finger injury.
The main positive news for Washington is the status of veteran Cornerback Marshon Lattimore.
Lattimore has battled a hamstring injury but returned last week and fully participated in Wednesday’s session.
Lattimore is well known to the Lions staff, having worked with Aaron Glenn and Dan Campbell in New Orleans.
